Electricity
Effective your first meter read schedule date after November 15, 2020, Just Energy’s electric customers will be transferred to Pilot Power Group Inc. There will be no interruption to your service because of this transfer. If you have any questions, please contact Just Energy at 1-877-226-5368 or Pilot Power at 1-855-227-4568.

Just Energy makes it easy to pay your bill in whichever way is most convenient for you. You can choose from several secure payment options.
- Automatic Payments: Set up recurring payments by credit card or ACH to ensure your bill is paid on time every month.
- Online: Visit the My Account page and log in to make a payment.
- By Phone Pay through our automated system by calling 866-268-1975.
- By Cash: Visit an authorized payment center to pay in person. Find a location near you.
