Am I eligible to participate in the Perks Rewards program?
Due to regulatory/business changes, effective (April 17, 2020) the Perks program is no longer being offered.
How do I earn Perks points?
Every time you pay your Just Energy bill, you’ll collect 1 Perks point for every dollar spent.⁴
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log into your account on the Perks Rewards website. Click the “My Account” tab and then the “Account Activity” link to see your points balance and view Rewards options, such as shopping and dining gift cards and smart energy products.

Do my Perks points expire?
Yes, your Perks points will expire 2 calendar years after issue for current customers. If you cancel your service with Just Energy, your points will be suspended and forfeited at this time.
How soon do my points appear in my account?
Your member points will be loaded within three months of becoming a Just Energy customer. After you receive your first point load, you will receive your monthly point load within 10 days of paying your bill.
Is shipping free on the energy saving products?
Shipping is free for most Reward products. However, a few bulkier or oversized items—and products shipped to Hawaii or Alaska—may require additional delivery fees. These can be paid with your Perks points balance or a credit card during checkout.
How do you send gift cards and energy saving products?
Rewards products and gift cards are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Services or United States Postal Service (USPS) with an estimated arrival time of 15-20 business days.
What do I do if my gift card or energy saving device doesn’t work or never arrived?

¹The Just Energy Perks Rewards Program is valid in the United States and Canada, except that Perks Rewards is not valid in New York for customers signing a commodity contract or renewing after April 29, 2020. Perks Rewards is also not valid in the UK, Ireland, Germany, or Japan.
²Just Energy Perks points are redeemable for energy efficient products and gift cards. Just Energy Perks points are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law. Just Energy Perks points expire after two years, except in Ontario, and may be redeemed as long as you remain an active Just Energy customer. Just Energy reserves the right to limit future grants of Perks points in its sole discretion, which may include not granting points to active customers with a past due balance. Just Energy reserves the right to change or terminate the Perks program at any time.
