Switch between multiple accounts
Access a broad range of energy facts
Open the Alexa App
Open the left navigation panel and then select Skills
Search for Just Energy and click Enable
You will be taken to Just Energy's login page. Use same login details as your web portal.
Once you have logged in successfully, your Just Energy account will be linked to Alexa.
Once skill is enabled, you can start using Alexa. For example, say, "Alexa, ask Just Energy" or "Alexa, ask Just Energy for my bill."
Hear your bill details
To listen to your bill details, just say:
What are my bill details?
What is my bill?
What is my balance?
What is my due amount?
How much do I owe?
Alexa will then respond by saying your total due amount and due date.
Switch between accounts
It is easier to switch between accounts if you have multiple accounts linked to your portal login. To switch between accounts, just say:
Switch to another account
Switch to a different account
Alexa will guide you with options to select from the list of accounts linked to your portal login.

To listen to an energy fact, just say:
Give me an energy fact
Tell me an energy fact
Alexa will respond by providing you with an energy fact from our repository of energy facts built into the Just
To listen to the Just Energy Customer Service contact information, just say:
Contact Just Energy
Call Just Energy
How do I contact Just Energy?
What is your Phone Number?
What is your Email address?
Alexa will respond by providing you with the Email address and the Phone number to contact our Customer Service.
For help with commands, say “Help”. Alexa will guide you with a list of commands to avail the services currently offered by the Just Energy Skill.
To exit the Just Energy Skill, say “Exit” or “Quit”. Alexa will logout from the current session.
