Our Operations teams are deployed across our organization and facilitate the entire customer lifecycle from product structuring through to commodity (gas, electricity) supply and procurement, contract administration and fulfillment, and customer billing and administration. These teams play a critical interface role with key stakeholders including utilities and internal business units, as well as support all markets including consumer retail, small business, and commercial operations. Expertise in process and data analytics enables the team to address the unique needs of regional markets, new market entries and market optimization strategies.

The teams also manage all customer retention related process administration activities including the successful introduction of new products and initiatives for new business as well as customer renewal and re-contract management.
