Can I view my bill online?

Yes, you can view your current and past bills online by accessing our MyAcount tool. Click below to log on to MyAccount.

How do I sign up for e-Bill?

Sign up online at www.justenergy.com/txebill or call us at 1-866-587-8674 to begin receiving your bills via email. E-Bill is a convenient, secure and green billing option.

What are my payment options?

We are pleased to offer a variety of convenient billing and payment options including the ability to pay your bills online, have your electric bills automatically deducted from your account each month and make payments at any CheckFree Pay location including Walmart, H-E-B and Fiesta stores. How will the new MyAccount portal affect me?

The new MyAccount portal has many more functionalities than our previous bill payment portal offered. To improve your online experience, MyAccount allows you to: have one login that applies to all of your accounts, view your account information online, pay bills online, update your contact information, setup recurring auto payments and renew your account (residential customers only).
How do I set up my new account?

Create your new login for MyAccount in 3 easy steps: Step 1: Go to www.justenergy.com/MyAccount; Step 2: Select “Sign up now”; and Step 3: Create your new login and password (Note: to create your new login, you will be required to provide your account number and zip code.)

How do I put two accounts under one login?

You can consolidate accounts under the My Profile tab by entering the account number and the billing zip code the account is associated to.
How do I update my contact information online?

You can update your contact information by using the edit link under the MyAccount tab.
When will my renewal offers appear in MyAccount?

Your renewal offers will appear under the Renewal tab before your contract is due to expire.
