°Just Energy is an alternative gas supplier, and is not related with your local Utility, the government, or any consumer group. You will continue to be billed by your local utility. The Natural Gas Price does not include regulated delivery, transportation, and other charges (or credits) billed by the Utility. Just Energy Illinois Corp. d/b/a Just Energy will be your supplier of natural gas for the Term of 5 years. Your Natural Gas Price will be the price outlined above. You must pay us liquidated damages in the amount of $50 (exit fee). This agreement does not guarantee financial savings. The agreement will not be processed if you cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the tenth (10) business day after your Utility sends a notice confirming you have switched your gas supply to Just Energy by contacting Just Energy or your Utility. Just Energy extends your right to cancel without Exit Fees within 30 days from the date of your first bill under this agreement. To request cancellation, you can contact Just Energy by telephone, mail, e-mail, or fax.
