Rebecca MacDonald is Executive Chairman of the Board of Just Energy Group Inc. Ms. MacDonald was the principal founder of Just Energy and has been a director since 2001. She has been engaged in the deregulation of natural gas for over 20 years. Before forming Just Energy in 1997 she was the President of EMI, another gas marketing company. She became an officer of Just Energy in January 2000 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer. For the past four years she has been Just Energy’s Executive Chair. She is a past director of the Canadian Arthritic Foundation and is actively involved in a number of other charities. She founded the recently opened Rebecca MacDonald Centre for Arthritis research at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital. She was named Canada’s top woman CEO for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 by Profit Magazine. She was also named Ontario Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young in 2003. On April 3, 2009 she received the International Horatio Alger Award — Canada.

Kenneth Hartwick, C.A. is Chief Executive Officer, President, Director of Just Energy Group Inc. Mr. Hartwick has been a director of Just Energy since 2008. Mr. Hartwick serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Just Energy and its affiliated entities in Canada and the United States, and was previously Just Energy’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Just Energy he served as Chief Financial Officer of Hydro One from October 2001 to April 2004. Prior to joining Hydro One, Mr. Hartwick was Vice-President, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (consulting business) (May to October 2000) and a partner of Ernst & Young LLP (auditors) from July 1994 to April 2000. Mr. Hartwick is also a director of another Canadian public company, where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee. He is also a member of the Ontario Energy Association.

James Lewis is Chief Operating Officer of Just Energy Group Inc. He was appointed to his current role in June 2011 and previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Eastern U.S. Prior to this, Mr. Lewis was Senior Vice President for North American Operations for Just Energy.

Darren Pritchett is Executive Vice President - Consumer Sales of Just Energy Group Inc. Mr. Pritchett joined Just Energy as Executive Vice President, Consumer Sales, in April 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Pritchett ran a direct marketing organization, contracted by Just Energy.

Beth Summers, C.A. is Chief Financial Officer of Just Energy Group Inc. She joined Just Energy in February 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Ms. Summers was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hydro One Inc.

Jonah Davids joined the company in December 2007 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Legal & Regulatory and General Counsel. Prior to this, Mr. Davids held the positions of Senior Counsel & Vice President and General Counsel. Before joining Just Energy, Mr. Davids practiced corporate and commercial law at McMillan LLP.

Deborah Merril was appointed to her current role of Executive Vice-President, Commercial Sales, in April 2010, and prior to this held the position of Senior Vice-President, Commercial Sales and Marketing. Before April 2010, Ms. Merril was Vice-President of Just Energy Texas LP.

SVP, in charge of New Ventures at Just Energy, Inc, a public company servicing approximately 2 million customers in the deregulated retail energy business. CEO of Hudson Energy Solar, a subsidiary of Just Energy, Inc. financing and operating solar energy installations in the United States and Canada. Founder and President of Hudson Energy Services, LLC, an energy supply company servicing about 300,000 customers in New York, New jersey, Texas and Illinois with natural gas and electricity. The company was started at the end of 2002 was sold to Just Energy in May of 2010. Prior to starting Hudson Energy, Abe was the Chief Information Officer of Viatel Communications, an international telecommunication and fiber company. Prior to that Abe was the Chief Information Officer of Destia Communications, a privately held international telecommunications company that went public in 1999 and was bought out by Viatel Communicaions. Prior to that, Abe was the Director of Technology at LDM Systems in New City, New York. Abe has an MBA from New York University with a major in Finance and a BS from Brooklyn College with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Math.

Calvin Eyben is General Manager – Terra Grain Fuels Inc. Mr. Eyben joined Terra Grain Fuels in February 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Eyben was a manager for Bunge LTD.

Mr. Silver has been involved in the Energy Business for approximately 20 years and the Real Estate business for over 30 years. He co-founded Direct Energy Marketing and grew the company to over $1.3 billion in revenues before selling to Centrica PLC (aka British Gas) in 2000. Mr. Silver has made significant real estate investments in both development stage and income producing properties in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors over his 30 year business career. Over the last 15 years these investments have been made through his company, Optus Capital Corporation (“Optus”). Today, Optus and related companies own and manage over one million square feet of commercial and industrial space, and have interests in over 4,000 acres of developable lands in and around the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Silver was a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Energy which was sold in 2009 to Just Energy. Mr. Silver currently serves as President of National Home Services (“NHS”). NHS provides home services, including water heater rentals, to over 150,000 Ontario consumers.

Gerardo (GP) Manalac currently serves as Executive Vice President of Fulcrum Retail, Green Marketing and Online Marketing. He co-founded Fulcrum Power Services, an energy management company servicing approximately 250,000 RCEs in Texas and managing 3,000 MW of power generation. The company established in 2003 was sold to Just Energy in October 2011. Prior to starting Fulcrum, GP was the Vice President of Asset Management at Dynegy Inc. GP has an MBA from Rice University and BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
